The house was perfect for us. It had all the accommodations of home. The manager immediately got back to me with questions I had. I plan on coming back to Cape Coral in the spring and hopefully this house will be available

The grill is listed under amenities under Kitchen, which should be covered under the included cleaning fee. When the host whom lives close by, saw us grilling he text me BTW BBQ Grill is not included in the departure cleaning then kept part of the refundable security deposit. I asked for pictures of the dirty grill and was told there was grease and shrimp tails, but no picture was sent. He knew what we grilled because he watched is and was on the property multiple times. The house is not well maintained, there's chemicals on the ground next to the water heater in the garage, quite a few fans were dirty and bulbs burnt out, the vents were very dirty, the couch cushions were almost completely torn. I don't think they use the cleaning fee to professionally clean as stated which is concerning during these pandemic times. The beds were terrible, we bought air mattresses in order to be comfortable. The house is in a nice location and quiet neighborhood, so not bad if you need somewhere to crash, just be prepared to clean the house and lose part of the security deposit if you grill or who knows what else he will come up with. Unfortunately I can't upload pics or link to the pics I took of the house.

We made a last minute decision to vacation in Florida and were fortunate to have found this place. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to go for walks in the AM and felt very safe. The pool was a delight as it was in the sun most of the day and the shaded patio was great. The house met all our needs and the property manager was very responsive when we had a small issue. I would definitely rent this house again.

The property manager was super kind and helpful. The house was spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home was nice and had everything needed to enjoy a week long vacation. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and close to surrounding attractions. Would recommend over a hotel anytime! The only items we had to purchase was food and drinks. Kitchen was stocked with spices and most things needed to cook. We won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

This was a lovely place and accommodation where great. Beside not having and TV in all the room. ( we didn't notice until the end) we enjoy everything and the host was great to deal with. Everything we needed was here and the neighbors were great.

the property was very accommodating and spacious. The cleanliness of the house was ok but the bedding was filthy and we washed everything before using. The reservation stated it was family visiting family and the property manager was a bit rude and constantly questioned the fam I ly members coming and going. The fishing was awesome right off the deck.

We enjoyed our week in this home. It is very well supplied with everything you need. Furniture is great. Our only negative were the mattresses but everything else was nice. If you want to rent a boat I’m not sure there is a dock for it, so check on that. Pool is nice. And know if you have extra people come, you have to pay more.

House is clear and great! Garage could be cleaner. The grill could not be used as to sticky and dirty Hardly any TV channels, and in Corona times we missed a good news channel

Very nice house with everything you could want. House was very clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood.
