Large Sprawling Home Very Close to the Beach and Activities!

We had 8 adults and 5 children there for 6 nights and 7 days. We have had family vacations to New Orleans, Phoenix, Maine and Yellowstone. Maine is the only place that even came close to this one. The house was perfect. The location was perfect. So many things to do close to the house. My family was very happy with everything including check-in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a luxurious vacation.

The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The home has an ideal location - steps away from the beach, the Dunes House, the tennis courts and the General Store. We took advantage of all the amenities. You will not be disappointed.

However, we did have some issues. None of the doors were able to be locked, except for the front door. In one of the bathrooms, the shower door panel was missing. In the master suite the bed posts were loose and caused the planks to not support an adult male. In addition to the master suite, the whirlpool was not working. We also had some trouble with the propane tank, not being left filled, and when we inquired about it, the property management was not helpful and we had to pay out-of-pocket for that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for a fun filled family beach vacation!

We loved that the pool had some shade from the trees to stay out of the sun occasionally. We would definitely stay again next time we travel to Hilton Head & Palmetto Dunes.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the large pool every day. It is large and had lounge chairs all around. The location to the beach was so convenient.

We had 13 people staying with us and had plenty of room. We loved having ping-pong and other games in the garage. The new updated furniture inside and out were super nice. We can't wait to come back soon!
