large property -open Floor plan, great location heated salt water pool

The home was very clean, and well stocked with supplies for your stay. While we brought laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and coffee pods, there were plenty of ones remaining either by the owner or past guests. There is no dishwasher, and we bought pods, but for as much as we ate in, it was no issue washing the few dishes we used. The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the back yard. It was a short drive to the beach. Thank you, we had a really nice time together!

We originally rented as temporary housing during our own home renovations from hurricane damage. But, we met great new friends and were able to have our kids and grandkids down for a visit too! The home is beautiful and has easy access to all you need! And, the outdoor space and pool is the best around! Marty was accessible throughout our stay even though he was working on his own personal home on the beach. Great place to make lasting family memories!

Quiet neighborhood, close to several beaches (within 10 minute drive) without all the traffic. Spacious layout(but not too much) comfortable beds and feels like home. Pool area is a dream come true! Honestly, one of my favorite Florida getaways! Snag this one; you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful week staying at Marty’s property. The pool is amazing and it’s about 15 min from 3-4 different beaches ! Our dog came with and absolutely loved the lovers key dog beach. Thanks again for everything, Marty!

Exactly what we needed. House immaculate, out door living amazing. Close to beach, food, grocery. Marty was an exceptional host, we will be back to this sliver of paradise!

Marty was a great host. Super easy to communicate with and he made sure we had a great experience. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had everything you would need to cook a meal or make coffee. The screen room, pool, and backyard area was our favorite part. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and catching some sun. The pool was very clean and stayed at a perfect temperature all week. We were sad to have to leave after our 7 night stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. This place felt like our own private resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marty’s house…. It truly felt like home. The location is perfect as it was close to the beach, restaurants and family that lives nearby. We felt very safe walking everyday in the neighborhood plus there is a fabulous pool to enjoy! He was very quick to respond if we had a question and we are looking forward to our return in 2023 ! Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Marty was responsive and super helpful even before we arrived. Check in was absolutely seamless. Marty & his wife came by the next morning to give us a few details and some recommendations for activities while we were in town and then left us to enjoy! The house is clean, airy and spacious. Everything works perfectly. And the pool...is an absolute dream we swam every day. And, anything we needed while we were there we just sent Marty a quick text and all was sorted within minutes. I would highly recommend staying at this property. I, 100% hope to return.

This property is Fantastic! My husband and I spent the holidays down in Ft. Myers. This property is close to beaches and a super short drive to Sanibel. The neighborhood is quiet and zero distractions to make sure you unwind! The house is recently renovated. Kitchen was great. Although we did not cook, we did use the grill. It was small and perfect for 2 people. The place was spotless! The bed was comfortable. Everything was there to take to the beach. It hurt both of us to leave such a great house! If you are traveling bring a roku stick to get Netflix or another streaming service. The TV's are older and do not have that option. There was cable so it was just fine. We did not watch much tv at all. Amazing outdoor space. Perfect pool! And there were several floats to use in the pool! I will highly recommend this property to everyone!

Love Location.Few items on VRBO picture weren’t here , but Marty made attempt to bring to house . Quiet neighborhood and lots of places to eat reasonable within 5 miles .
