House was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking items. We would definitely stay here again.

House and pool were great and perfect location for beach. Here’s what you need to know….No beach towels or chairs so you will have to bring.Just enough essentials to get you through a day or 2, you will need toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap The kitchen is well equipped tons of dishes, glasses 2 blenders pans and bowls but there is no cabinet space for food so you will need to leave on counter. I have dealt with Benchmark in the past and they have always been sub par. This time they were excellent! Great communication and prompt attention to any issues or questions. We were even able to check in early. We would have NO hesitation on renting Dolphin house again.

We had no issues and our children loved being able to swim. The house is a few minutes from the beach and it was so convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue and maintenance was very quick to address it and get it fixed. It was our first visit to 30A and loved the location of this house, we hope to go back in future years!

We encounter two small issues and Benchmark staff were attentive and quick to answer. It was a wonderful surprise to find the home came with bikes! Overall great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The home was up to date and very clean. I would note a few things that were a bit of a surprise to us when we arrived. 1. The pool appeared to be nearly full size in the photos. It is not. It is 5ft deep in the deep end and on the smaller side. Fortunately we don't have a huge family and it worked out but nonetheless, it was not what we were expecting. 2. The pool is in the front of the home. You are swimming in the pool and looking at the street. There is a fence around the pool but it does still feel a bit exposed. There was a lot of construction on the street and many workers so if you are looking for the utmost privacy for your swim time, this is not the place. 3. There is ongoing construction on two homes on the street (which is a short street and ends in a culdesac). during the day this equals noise. 4. This home is directly on 30A. There is road noise. 5. The master bedroom is upstairs. If you don't want to climb stairs to the bedroom you may want to consider other options. Despite these surprises we had a wonderful time and this really was one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed.
