Large Private Home with Private Pool and Spa!

Out of all the houses that we have rented, which has been many over the years, this by far was the best. Well updated , spacious and perfect for our family. Location was awesome and just a short walk to beautiful beach.

It was a nice place with everything we needed—a full kitchen, nicely furnished rooms, a pool, and only 7 minutes to the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall somewhat happy with the house with the location of the bedrooms and the sitting areas. The house seems to need some TLC. There were several areas that were showing where and tear. Some of the patio and pool furniture seemed old and some of the seats were dry rotted to the point where when you sat in them, they broke.

Property was beautiful, well maintained and looked exactly like the pics! Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that no one responded to my messages on the platform. I had to call the front desk of the resort to get an answer on any of the questions we had during our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy walk to the Beach, multiple restaurants and shopping nearby, home was large and spacious-perfect for 2 familes and kids. We rented the home for Spring Break (early April) and unfortunately the pool could not be heated. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. The Palmetto Dunes staff was wonderful to work with during the process of reservations, check in and check out!
