Stayed Jan 18, 2026Good comfortable house, well stocked. We were able to park one car in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the host. One smart TV, and three more TVs in the bedrooms with local channels only. The pool heater didn’t work while we were there after a cold spell, so we never got to swim.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This home had everything you needed. It was a little chilly while there so the pool wasn't used. My Husband noticed that the heat pump for pool had an issue and he reported it to owner. Owner responded that the pool people would be notified. There is a canal that runs behind the house and my grandson caught several fish. We will keep this property in mind for next visit to Cape Coral.
