Stayed May 24, 2025The propane grill listed in amenities as “perfect for outdoor barbecues and family cookouts was found to be disgustingly filthy. It hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. That's probably because NO PROPANE TANK is provided!? When I called on Memorial Day when we had hamburgers and hot dogs for our family cookout and I called when no tank was visible, I was told that propane/propane tank is not provided??!! No where does it say that under amenities. When I asked if I was supposed to haul one from Ohio or go buy one, it was repeated several times that it's not provided! I guess it worked out since the condition of the grill was totally unacceptable. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom was not working. When I called on that, I was told someone would call and stop by the next day. They never did. No instructions are left for how to operate TV's and remotes. No instructions on garbage pickup. The tub in the downstairs bathroom appeared dirty along with the rug in that bedroom. There was dirty silverware in the drawer. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. Our family has rented homes/condos at Myrtle Beach every summer for the last 30 years. I've never been so disappointed and felt mislead. We will not be back to this home if we return and not to any Beachball Property rentals.

Stayed May 15, 2025This house was perfect for our group. Right across from the beach, two pools on site, s&s seafood a block away which had amazing fresh seafood. All the rooms had a bathroom which made getting ready easy. Just note, there are quite a few stairs so if you cant walk up, might not be the best place for you. Overall I would revisit!

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Wonderful location. Enjoyed the stay plently of room for 10 of us. Kids enjoyed the sand and hunting for the crabs at night. The only thing we can say on the negative is the kitchen pots and pans was not adequate for our large group we did alot of dishes. We didnt want to leave everything is in walking distance.The weather waa beatiful and perfect temperature even the water. Thanks Beachball we will be back.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025The property itself was great nice and directly across the beach which was nice pools were nice however everything else was further away this was our first time here so we will come back but I think orange beach would be better for us hopefully you have properties there as well would love to use you again easy check in and check out looking forward to coming back.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024We had a fantastic stay at coastal charm. The space accommodated our group perfectly and was well appointed. The location was ideal to be a little bit out of the hustle but close enough to walk or drive to where we wanted to go. The hot tub at the pool was a nice feature over the week of Christmas with the cooler weather. Beach Ball property management was very responsive and quick to respond when we had an issue our fist morning.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Clean, new, bright, roomy! Multiple decks, big kitchen and den area. Location is right across the street from the beach and right down the road from a small shopping area with everything you need.
