Large Pet Friendly Gulf Front House with Pool and Elevator!

Several updates needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had one minor issue and Bender had someone out within 30 minutes to take care of it. Fantastic customer service.

5 bedrooms with each room having a private bath made it great for our large family. However, we were disappointed with the view from the main floor porch. You are unable to see the shoreline due to the sand dune blocking your view. (Attached a pic for reference.) The walk up the dune to get to the beach was a bit difficult, especially for my parents and those that were hauling the beach equipment. We don’t recommend staying here if you want to be able to see the shore from the porch. The best view was at the top floor balcony but it wasn’t covered and the sun was brutal up there. Plus, you can only sit a couple of people up there.

Great location and very responsive to any questions

It was a very nice property with plenty of room for us. Really enjoyed the pool too.

The property was wonderful, the space was great. But the people before us left things broken. We felt bad that you guys had no idea things were not working. But you guys fixed everything, and we thank you for that. But the dryer really did not dry well at all.

The house location is far enough down West Beach that you are away from all of the condos. The only people on the beach were our family and the families from the houses next door. The pool was a pleasant bonus allow our 10 month old granddaughter to have fun without the constant exposure to the sun on the beach. The Bender Realty staff remained in touch during the entire stay. They made sure we could get the house keys after business hours, and they promptly answered the questions that we texted to them. We would definitely rent this house again on any return trips.

Patio furniture not very comfortable and no chairs for table in the screened in porch. Living room and kitchen furniture are worn, but bedrooms were in better shape. The laundry room is huge, but the dryer is extremely loud. There is only a path to the beach. So walking up the slight hill could be a challenge. We loved having the beach to ourselves. It’s a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the area. We had a couple of issues while we were there, and Bender responded promptly. Our family had a wonderful time in gulf shores. If you’re looking for a new home, I would not recommend. If you’re looking for a lived in home on the beach with a nice pool, this would work.

Yellowbird Too was an amazing property. My Dad can not do stairs and the elevator wasa life saver. Every room was very private and everyone had their own space. Loved the stairs and seating in the pool. I would recommend this property.

It was a perfect week, not a lot of people on the beach. We could spread out and the younger kids had a lot of room to play.

As described. House was great. Only negatives are pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use the pool, and there should be better instructions on how to use the elevator.

I loved the house and location! Our only complaint was the hill we had to climb to get to the beach. My parents, who are in the 70’s, struggled to get to the beach. Woukd have been much easier with steps or a pier to lead out to the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation!

Great property, would like to move in long term. However it should be shared. Great vacation.

Great location! The house was spacious, the pool was perfect! The only down side was some of the beds were a bit hard or worn out but besides that everything was wonderful

Well-appointed and great layout for extended family stay. Just outside of town with plenty of beach to spread out while still close enough to eat or shop.
