Stayed Jan 24, 2026Loved this place! I came with a class of 14 senior undergraduates and 3 staff for the last Sundance Film Festival and it accommodated us beautifully, with plenty of towels, amenities, kitchen tools/dishes, and space. Loved the walking path by the athletic fields. If Sundance weren't leaving, we'd definitely book again. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 17, 2025The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of 16 and it did seem a little tight on space though. There was only one living room space with one couch. It would have really been nice if there had been an additional couch and tv in the loft area.

Stayed Jan 16, 2024We lucked upon The Meadows at the last minute when the hot tub at the original VBRO we booked was not working. Park City Host went out of their way presenting options to compensate for the situation. The Meadows was one of the options and it was amazing! We felt like we were in our own little ski lodge. It is nestled in a quiet residential area but only 3 miles from Park City. Very large, spacious home and the high ceilings made it seem even bigger. It has plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a great family/friends get-a-way. It had more than we needed to make our family ski trip fantastic! I would highly recommend this home (and Park City Host) for your trip to Park City!

Stayed Jan 6, 2022check in/out process was easy. They even let us use the garage to change into ski clothes the afternoon of our arrival (before the 4:00 check in). House was clean. Plenty of towels. Very spacious and conveniently located to Park City. Would stay here again.
