The location of the home was indeed as listed. It offered ample space, which was appreciated. However, the furnishings were quite minimalistic and basic, which made the overall ambiance somewhat stark. One major inconvenience was the lack of sufficient towels, which was unexpected and inconvenient for our stay. Moreover, as we planned to spend our time cooking and relaxing indoors, we found the kitchen severely under-equipped. With only four spoons and four forks, and a very limited selection of kitchen appliances, preparing meals became more challenging than anticipated. Additionally, communication with the host left much to be desired. When we reached out to address some of these issues, the response was curt and unhelpful. The host's dismissive remark that it's just a rental and not to expect it to feel like a home was disappointing and did not align with our expectations of hospitality. We would have been more accepting of these issues if the conversation with the property manager had been more courteous. In summary, while the home's location and spaciousness were positives, the lack of amenities such as towels and adequate kitchen supplies, coupled with unhelpful communication from the host, detracted significantly from our overall experience.

My husband and I booked this for us and all of our wedding party. We loved it! The house is super spacious and the neighborhood was great. All 11 of us enjoyed the stay. Walter even let us have extra family members over for a dinner/reception outback. We would stay here again.

The house appeared ok. One car could be parked in the three car garage because owner’s items in the way. The thermostat had a default setting at 80. You can change it but it goes back to 80 randomly. The AC could rarely catch up because of the thermostat. The average temperature for us during our four day stay was 78. It was over 100 outside so, we were always hot and would wake up sweating in the middle of the night with the temperature back at 80. This was a huge frustration. Another very annoying thing was the pool and jacuzzi we’re not heated. The pool temp was not horrible in the heat of the day but uncomfortably cool in the evening, and there was no point to the jacuzzi. After you get there, you find out that you can heat the pool and/or the jacuzzi for an additional $100 each per day. The most annoying part about that is the ad states heated jacuzzi but says nothing about additional cost for it. Finally, my biggest problem with this owner is after our stay, he tried to charge me for a previously broken closet shelf which, even in the photo he sent, shows a previously broken bracket and diagonal drywall screw which was someone's Jerry-rig attempt to replace the lone broken bracket that holds the shelf against the wall. It was also apparent that this was not a new problem because the broken bracket and drywall screw had been painted over. We texted back and forth with the owner about the shelf and found him rude and unreasonable. I would never rent from this owner again.

This home is super spacious and has a great layout for a big family. Area is quiet but still close to the strip. There was a minor incident but the host was gracious and understanding. Would definitely book again.
