A beautiful home that was perfect for our girls trip! George couldn't have been more welcoming or responsive when we had a couple issues that were quickly resolved.

The property was gorgeous, tons of space for entertainment, the host was extremely communicative throughout the entire process!

This house was fantastic!! Layout is great and so spacious. Clean and fresh smell along with a beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you might need. Drinking coffee on the porch every morning was relaxing as the family of turkey and deer explored. Right off the interstate making getting to downtown Asheville quick but tucked away and peaceful. George was so attentive and came to the house quickly after a TV didn’t work. Communication was spot on. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay this past weekend. We booked on very short notice and George accommodated graciously as though there had been months to prepare. The house is spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more!

Can’t say enough about George and his lovely home. We are local to AVL and rented the home for my Florida family to come up and celebrate my 40th. George was an excellent communicator, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and the property was absolutely perfect.

This is a beautiful home about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The photos are accurate and the house has a lot of space. George the owner is great, but the listing has various discrepancies. The listing said the check out was 11 AM, but we were told we should leave by 10 AM on the day of checkout. The listing says that up to two pets are allowed, but we were told that they didn’t want pets and asked to pay a fee. We have stayed in VRBO homes that have more amenities (for example there wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the showers) but given the challenges in the aftermath of hurricane Helene it is understandable that some things were lacking.I would recommend a stay here as long as you confirm in advance with the owner some of the specifics of the listing.

My three best girlfriends, their husbands and children all came to stay at this beautiful property for a week at the end of July beginning of August. It was exactly as described if not better and George the owner was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the stay before, and after as well! He is just truly a gem. The property is beautiful – there’s a little creek man-made around the front of the house that my four-year-old would not stop playing in… We saw so many creatures in the wild! Rabbits, turkey, deer even a family of bears! It was really wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone. There was enough space to where you didn’t feel like you were all on top of each other and also were able to hang out together comfortably. The back deck was wonderful. The huge yard was amazing!

Visited Asheville to celebrate a good friend's upcoming wedding. First time for myself and most of the friends I traveled with... the place was excellent and in a good location; easy enough to get Ubers to and from downtown. George also made the check-in process super easy and was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area with a group!

Amazing updated home that accommodated our large group of 12. Lot's of outdoor space, natural light, and a quick 13-minute drive or Uber or Lyft to downtown Asheville. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

George was the best host that I have encountered on Vrbo. He was extremely responsive to questions before and during our stay, and made the entire process seamless. The house itself was perfect for our large group (12 people) and had more than enough space for everyone. The indoor space was clean and well-kept, and the outdoor space had room for really any activity that we wanted. As for the location, it took us about 10minutes, plus or minus 2 minutes, to get to the busier areas of Asheville (downtown and South Slope). It was the perfect mix of mountainside, with the ability to be in the thick of the city in no time at all. Would recommend George and this house to anyone!
