Large Luxury Home W/ Gated In Ground Pool & Jacuzzi in Desirable Sonoma Ranch

The pool was great, we had some issues with the hot tub however the property manager stated they will get them address. Overall, the entire stay was wonderful and we really enjoyed our time at the house.

Beautiful home, that easily accommodated my entire family of adults. I had a few questions and requests; management responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. Swimming pool was beautiful and clean. The house was in pristine condition. In my opinion, for the accommodations, the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend this VRBO, if I am ever able to get my family to Las Cruces again, I hope to be able to stay here.

We had a great time! This house was perfect for getting our families together. Everything worked and there was enough room for everyone to just hang out and enjoy the time we had together.

We had our first family reunion here.Some family lives in Las Cruces with the rest coming from Chicago, Baltimore, Wyoming, Colorado and California!There were 17 of us. Unfortunately, the first couple of days we had pretty bad dust and windstorms. However, the inside is so large and lovely that it easily accommodated all of us for an evening party.Sunday was beautiful for Easter and we were able to be either inside or outside.The house is laid out exceptionally well.The furnishings are top quality and beautiful.As noted in other reviews, the Wi-Fi is very slow.Also noted that it can get chilly in the main part of the house.I was able to contact the property manager to have her raise the temperature up a couple of degrees which helped.Parking was easy. The home is located close to several different shopping areas for food, etc..

Had a great experience. The check-in process was very smooth and the owner and property manager were very quick in their communications. The house was extremely roomy and comfortable!

We were here for my dad’s funeral and it was 3 families staying together. Very child friendly and very comfortable for all of us.Did ask the property manager Ana to speak with her cleaning crew as the last family to stay there had children who hid food in some of the bedroom drawers. Ana was great. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time celebrating Thanksgiving in this beautiful home! There was so much space for all of us, and we captured some fantastic moments in photos. It was a wonderful holiday filled with lovely memories!

Everything was great except for in the patio area where REAL danger of hitting your head on a metal fire place vent sticking out of the wall. Daughters and I came close several times. That has to go.

Beautiful home in a nice location in Las Cruces. We come to Las Cruces most years and usually do vacation rentals. This was a great place. The house and pool were perfect for a family like ours and well cared for. The only trouble we had were some internet issues and reasonable attempts were made to address them. I'm sure that will be addressed for future tenants. We would gladly stay here again.

The Good: This place is really nice in the pictures and in overall appearance. We enjoyed the pool and the large living spaces with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The furnishings are nice and the home is well stocked. The property manager is very attentive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The bad: Unfortunately, the internet is slow (2-4mb), and the owner locks up the thermostats so that you have zero control over the climate. The property manager was kind enough to change the settings for us remotely but the bedrooms are very warm while the living spaces stayed extremely cold. The master bed was nice but most of the other beds were not very comfortable. Our teens opted to sleep on the couches. The Ugly: The worst part of our experience was arriving to a dirty house. The housekeepers forgot to clean the place before our arrival so we had to wait for them to make the beds, remove the trash, clean the bathrooms, etc before we could settle in for the evening. The manager again was very responsive and had them come back to clean but it definitely started our trip off on the wrong footing. Overall, I'd say this place just needs a little more TLC from the owner, upgrade the internet, free up the thermostats, and invest in a few good mattresses and we would have given it a much higher rating. We don't appreciate not being trusted to control our own climate - that was a HUGE aggravation.

This house is so beautiful and fully stocked. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this one truly makes you feel at home. The owner and the property manager were extremely helpful and if there were any concerns addressed them promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice getaway. I would love to rent this house again for a birthday party or another family gathering.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the pool. It was not due to wind or weather. The property manager was not responding to my calls. The owner did respond, but the pool was not properly cleaned when requested.

This property was so spacious for big family. Kids were able to cool off. Beautiful home, peaceful and perfect location.
