Everything about this rental was perfect. The house and amenities speak for themselves and the communication from the host was wonderful. They went above and beyond!!

This home was perfect for our large family gathering (three generations) with plenty of room for everyone. Coming from the East coast, where flights usually arrive early in the day, we were able to store our gear in the garage of the home and enjoy a day in town before check-in. Very convenient! We'll be back!

Clean Room

Enjoyed our stay. House was a short walk to Old Town Main Street. Provided amenities were good. They had pack and plays and high chairs available to us, which were very helpful and eliminated the need to rent. Management team was very attentive to requests made. Incidental supplies such as TP, tissues and garbage bags were appreciated. There was even a good array of spices to start with. Kitchen chairs need some love. There were a couple we could not even sit on as they were so rickety.

Excellent house, very clean, and very helpful manager. Only negative to the house is limited parking if you’re meeting up with a group that can’t mostly carpool together.

Great home and excellent location. Tons of space for large groups to be together and to find a quiet area when needed. Super easy walk to downtown and loved the access to hiking trails nearby

We had an incredible stay at this house and the communication and check in process was seamless. There was plenty of room and we easily walked to shops/restaurant on Main Street. There is a great outdoor patio by the hot tub, which was a plus and some great hiking trails right near the house.

This was our second time staying here, and once again the house was perfection! Clean, comfortable, close to both Main St and Deer Valley. The house had everything we needed and more - the theater is just so great. We've stayed before and we'll stay again, can't wait for the next visit!

Our stay at this vacation rental was amazing. The house is beautiful has lots of room and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, we walked to Main Street Park City several times. The host was helpful and had lots of great information on the area, services available and house instructions. Hope to be back soon!

This family reunion also celebrated an 80th bday and a 60th anniversary with two catered meals from savory kitchen caterers. Family enjoyed all the area activities and enjoyed the games and media facilities in the VRBO (pool, shuffleboard, video games, etc.

The house is fantastic. There are plenty of beds, a great first floor and a basement set for entertaining. The theatre room was extremely impressive. I highly recommend the location. The hot tub was also very nice.

We had 12 adults stay at this fabulous house. Location was perfect - right on the bus line but also walkable to town. The games, media room, sauna, and hot tub all added to our experience. The owners provided detailed and responsive communication. I highly recommend this property.

Great location. Lots of fun for everyone

We enjoyed the size and space for everything. All enjoyed pool table and tabletop shuffleboard.It was very close to the bus route so everyone could come and go as they wanted to ski and shop.

This house is roomy and great for entertaining. The bus stop is close and getting around is a breeze. We will be back.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It was the perfect venue for some old friends to get back together and catch up. We walked to Main Street, fly-fished 20 minutes away, and hiked 5 minutes away to hang out with a moose in the woods. Great views, the game room is a ton of fun, and everything we needed in the kitchen to host.

We were already excited about the property based on the listing, but the house exceeded our expectations. The space, views, amenities and location were outstanding. And the communication and response to inquiries was above and beyond. We're trying to figure out a way back to stay here. Kudos to all!

I hosted a 50th birthday party for ~20 friend and family and stayed at this beautiful property for about a week. We loved the location - a short walk to downtown Park City, close to some fun trails, and an Uber ride away from some of the major local resorts. The home is SET UP for winter sports - and was super comfy for our almost-dummer trip! The kitchen was well-stocked, there were tons of pots and pans and glasses (wine and otherwise!), and there were plenty of beds… One room does include four sets of bunk beds (three sets with two full matresses each and one triple bunk set of twins) - we had to do some juggling of sleeping arrangements to accommodate the bunk-shy people in our party, so be aware that the house sleeps 20 but 9 of those are in the same room in bunk beds. Lots of king beds, a few queens, and a full with a trundle. There’s a small outdoor space with a hot tub - otherwise not a lot of outdoor space (which is not surprising given the proximity to downtown!), but there is so much to do in the home itself and the outdoors are close by. There’s a game room downstairs with another mini-kitchen/bar area, and a full home theater set-up with an actual full bar area. Foos-ball, pool, video games - tons of fun things to do in the home itself. One minor suggestion would be to stock mini-bottles of conditioner and lotion alongside the shampoo to get your guests through at least their first night. We were super happy with the property and the thoughtfully appointed home!
