Stayed Apr 16, 2026We needed a large space to accommodate 35 people and this fit the bill. What a beautiful property nestled on Lake Lanier. Quiet too! Parking was a bit challenging with the shape and single lane-ness of the circular driveway but we made it work. Price was a little steep and expensive but we didn't have a lot of options for our 35 guests but they seemed happy with their stay! Thanks Christy with the management company was super responsive and met our guests at the property upon check in to walk them thru all the door codes and the space. Thanks

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Hampton Hill Estate was a spectacular place for our family reunion! It was beautiful everywhere we turned and it was very well appointed and equipped to house our group of 22. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Just gorgeous! The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of dishes to cook and to serve everyone. The yellow carriage house was too far to walk to sleep in and much older than the main house or garage apartment, but it was perfect for the young adults of our group to drive up to the yellow house to sleep. The host was extremely responsive and kind - she went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay extra special! Our boat rental went super smoothly through the boating club. They were also very kind. We will be returning!

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Our group of 11 had a great time. We were there for a staff retreat. It’s located in a beautiful setting on the water. There are deer all around the property. The home was well equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Was surprised a couple of days before our stay to learn that total rooms available included an additional house that was away from the main house…. And we had to drive there(not walking distance)…. Not well outlined in the original listing…. Not a problem and worked out well but did come as a surprise late in the process
