Large House Rental in Historic Area

Host was nice and house was clean and nice for 13 people.

Beware if you have pet allergies. The listing does say pet friendly and the home has certainly had some pets present. Also, the rugs and furniture could use a good cleaning. The host is very nice. Communication was prompt.

This is a big comfortable house in a stellar neighborhood. Love the window seat and the retro tile bathroom! The backyard is a great place to catch fireflies and the dinning room table can be made to accommodate a crowd. The host is a gracious man. We were greeted personally by him, with fresh flowers in the entry and bagels with cream cheese in the kitchen. It’s also a five minute drive to Broad Ripple, bars, and restaurants, and shopping.

We had a family of 12. It was perfect for us. The location was nice, we felt very safe. The large yard was perfect for the kids to play in. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Richard was amazing. He thought of our every need and was very prompt with any questions we had. We hope to visit Indy again and stay here. It was perfect for us!

The location was great , Richard was a great host and was a great communicator. And the house was prefect for our group of 5 adults with three bathrooms and four bedrooms Would stay again.

Great Host !! Beautiful home perfect for family fun.

We stayed in this beautiful house last weekend. My daughter goes to Indiana University & we came up to meet her boyfriend’s parents. We had 6 in our family that stayed the whole weekend and then we had my daughter’s boyfriend’s family over Saturday evening. I was worried about not having enough seating but the host assured me that there were extra chairs & there were plenty of seating for everyone. The Host, Richard was very prompt about answering any questions. He also left bagels/cream cheese, water, wine & beautiful fresh flowers! It was such a sweet surprise! There was PLENTY of room in this house. The neighborhood is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here & look forward to staying here again.

very warm and welcoming space. Richard the host was amazing to deal with. the neighborhood was excellent. we had 11 people in our group and felt like there was plenty of space tjj on enjoy wether you wanted to be with the group or just take some time to yourself.

The home is in a beautiful location with amenities a short trip away by car/taxi. The property has everything you need for a home away from home, but it is a bit tired, as the photos show. There is plenty of fresh bedding and sheets to refresh during your stay and you can launder your clothes too.

We had an excellent experience. We didn't spend much time at the house since we were there for a wedding, but the house was spacious and well-furnished. The property manager was accommodating and pleasant. Strongly recommend!
