The house was built to be used as a second home my and my wife Gisele, artist and admirer of the region. It is COMFORTABLE, AREJADA AND AMPLA, located in the District of BICHINHO, polo of artists, artisans, stills, furniture and delicious food, just 7 km from the historical center of TIRADENTES.

The house is spacious, DECORATED, WELL VENTILATED (without mold), in the best point of the Bichinho.

The front gives to the urban area (street) and in the back the view is free for a rural area.

It has 01 SUITE and 01 SEMI-SUITE (double bed and single in each), LIVING ROOM / TV, WIFI, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN CONJUGADAS, service area (tank and clothesline), toilet and GARAGE with three openings , being one covered.

WINDOWS have VENEZIANS WITH SCREENS and sealing gates, allowing VENTILATION, without the entry of mosquitoes, into the heat or sealing of airflow during cold periods. All GUESTS are accommodated to SLEEP EXCLUSIVELY IN THE ROOMS, GENERATING MORE COMFORT.

Includes supply of bed and bath linens and cookware for GAS COOKER. There is an attached and independent suite, as well as its access, which is not available (black area on the ground floor).
