Mountain View 3 is a large (165 sq mtr) and spacious detached luxury 4-bedroom house on the grounds of the Sheen Falls Country Club in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. It is the ideal option for a break away with family and friends as there are 4 large bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people.  

You enter through the front door into a spacious and light-filled, high-ceilinged hallway. Straight ahead is the living area which comprises a well-equipped, but tidy kitchen, a dining table andchairs and a cosy, inviting sitting room. The kitchen has all the appliances, crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware that you will require during your stay. It has an American style fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The sitting room has comfy couches angled to face towards the TV and the open fire (welcome starter pack and logs for the fire will be provided). Wifi is available free of charge to our guests.

Double doors lead outside to the patio area with some garden furniture for you to relax in while enjoying the long summer evenings that this lovely part of the world is renowned for.

There is a double bedroom downstairs with an ensuite shower. In addition, the family bathroom with shower over bath is also downstairs. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms – two with king sized double beds and one with zip ‘n link beds that can be made up as one king bed or two single beds. Each of these bedrooms is ensuite with shower.

There is plenty of off-street parking space in front of the house. This is a lovely little group of houses with well-kept gardens filled with seasonal shrubs. You will likely see a deer or two during your stay as they wander freely in the area. Entrance to Mountain View is through electronic gates to which you will be given the access code in advance of your arrival.

SHEEN FALLS LODGE
Sheen Falls Lodge 5* Hotel is located just across the road from Mountain View and offers a formal restaurant and bar along with a more informal bar and restaurant called the Stables. 

SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
We are delighted to confirm that guests of Mountain View now have free use of the swimming pool at the Easanna Spa at Sheen Falls Lodge strictly between the hours of 11am and 4pm daily. No booking is necessary.

**Swimming Pool Closed for Renovations**
Please note that floor renovation works will be taking place at Easanna Spa from the 2nd to the 12th of March (inclusive). During this time, the swimming pool will be closed to all guests. The gym will remain open and fully available throughout this period.

Kenmare is less than a 5 minute drive from Mountain View. You can walk into the town but the roads are quite narrow and busy.
