The outdoor living space has a large pool with ample lounge seating and a dining table is only step away from the Emerald Coast leaving you feeling lost in paradise. Additionally, the first floor has a comfy home theater equipped with a flat screen tv where you can watch movie to wrap up a fun day in the sun. And you can rest your head in the master guest rooms–– with a king beds and ensuite bath.
On the second floor, your kids will be excited to discover a fun bunk room with 4 queen beds and 2 twins. This is adjacent to the open game area for them to play and hangout. Connected is a second-floor balcony for additional space to relax with view of the pools. There are 2 more king ensuites and a king bedroom with shard bath.
The third floor hosts the remaining 4 guest rooms each with its own bathroom and luxury bedding to offer the highest comfort. A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Signed rental agreement and $1500 refundable security deposit required for reservation.
