This spacious holiday home has 3 bedrooms upstairs along side a lovely modern kitchen and lounge that opens onto a lovely deck where you can relax and enjoy the view.

There are another 2 bedrooms downstairs with another kitchen, lounge and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room to spread out making it a perfect spot for the whole family to enjoy or if you are a group coming toenjoy one of the many fantastic events Taupo has to offer.

The home has Five bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and Three bathrooms.

A great location in Richmond Heights. Less than 100 metres from the local Four Square, hairdressers, fish and chip shop and the Lucky Lizard bar, in the Richmond Heights shopping centre with the Council playground just across the road.

This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and privately owned family home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupō. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings.

This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults of 6 or more.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    Balcony view was beautiful. Slept 7 very comfotably but room for 10. Room to get away from others if you wanted to. Very family friendly. Good facilities. There was an issue with ants in the upstairs ensuite that appeared to be coming up the inside wall. Would be good to have some insect repellant there.

    Five male friends in Taupo for trail ride. Having five bedrooms meant we all had a room. Note, one of the group said the downstairs shower overflows. (so we just used another shower.)

    Amazing view, tidy house. Plenty of bathrooms. Need to check new bathroom downstairs as it isn't draining properly. Otherwise excellent location :)

    We were a family group, three sisters (94, 84, 78) one husband (85) and two daughters, so young, in their sixties! Stairs allowed easy access with two showers and toilets upstairs and two bedrooms and facilities downstairs. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to see the afternoon sun setting over the lake in the afternoon while relaxing on the deck. Great parking. Would recommend the property to friends.

    The accommodation was exactly what 6 retiree golfers from Whangarei required. It had space a plenty. Close handy to center of town a 5 minute drive. The house itself requires allot of tender love and care ( maintenance). The paint around nearly all the windows requires attention along with the ceiling with cracks and paint coming off. In saying this the house was clean tidy and spacious it met our requirements.
