Large home 5 miles to the strip, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor tv, 2 master bedrooms

The hosr was difficult to deal with when it came to resolving issues. The air conditioners were not sufficient for the size of the home. The pool was dirty when we arrived and the shower downstairs was being held together with duck tape.

Place was clean with a lot of beds. We enjoyed our time here.

We had 12 of 14 of our family with us for Thanksgiving holiday at the house which we absolutely loved. 4,rooms plenty of beds for everyone we didn’t use the pool as it’s out of season but the hot tub was Great & loved at the end of the day along w The corn hole and movies kept everyone entertained.. and plenty of towels for everyone along with shampoo’s toiletries and plenty of cookware for our large group of 12 and on Holiday the location is great and our stay was a very happy & full of happy memories. The house is just as shown in the pictures making it very comfortable & homey. The only negative thing was the beautiful dining chairs needed bolts tightened on the chair legs which we did after our first table sitting and a chair collapsed under me but my sons tightened the rest to make sure they didn’t collapse but were ok. Otherwise it was a very sturdy beautiful dining area and I’m sure with such a lovely spacious home it is well used & cared for..I put 4 stars for communication but should be a 5 cuz it was Thanksgiving day which wasn’t quick reply & totally understandable on holiday but replied by evening with needed info for WiFi. Thank youu for sharing your beautiful well managed large group sleeping accommodation for our stay it was awsum and we would definitely stay here again I give it a 4.9 Stars!!

The owner was very quick to respond to our MANY questions. We had women from 5 different states fly in. Each with their own specific needs and wants. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. She offered ideas for restaurants in the area and make special arrangements for us.

Mostly clean, tidy space. Has most of what you need. They only provide 4 rolls of tp and 1 roll of pt. But has space for up to 14 people. They dont provide laundry detergent, and we had to buy a spatula. They do provide all linens and towels. Great outdoor space! Close to evrrything and quiet neighborhood.

Simple, cozy, clean and fun. Big enough for a large family, while also having a cozy feel to it. Strip not to far and markets, restaurants, gas, retail stores close by. Overall amazing for my family and I.

Everything in the house was great. Felt clean, looked nice, and was perfect for everyone. The only problem was not being able to contact the owner quickly enough or find any instructions on how to work the pool. We had to figure that out. Overall, it was a great stay.

Clean and close to the Vegas Strip. The only thing about the house is in the master bedroom shower there were cracks on the floor, not sure where the water was going. The outside of the house is not the best looking, check google and see for yourself. It was mid march so I wanted to make sure the pool was heated. She asks me to pay an additional $200 to heat the pool but when we got there the water was very cold. She gave me the number to the pool guy, so I called him and we determined the water was NOT pumping through the heater because the water was low. I had to fill the pool to a level which the water would go through the heater. It wasn't until Thursday afternoon until we could swim in it, four days later. The hot tub only ever got to 87 degrees. That's NOT a hot tub. Once we left Friday morning and only could swim in the pool 2 hours of the FIVE DAYS I asked if I could get reimbursed the $200 since the pool wasn't heated. She said and I quote I sent you a $100 refund. Between the gas, electric and all the pool mans paid time I am loosing over $300. Hope you are satisfied so I responded, Yes it's just fair I get reimbursed because it was NOT done when we got there and didn't get completed until a day before we left. I waited 2 weeks for the refund but there was nothing. I asked her again and she said You can call HomeAway to verify the pool fee was already refunded I did and they said it was NOT refunded, that is when I filed a complaint. It's now been 3 weeks since we returned home and it was today after 3 phone calls that VRBO is forcing her to reimburse me BUT I was told NOT the full $200 which I deserve. She is only reimbursing me $100. When you pay for something you expect to get it. I only pursued this because it was the right thing to do, it wasn't like I needed the money. I suggest staying elsewhere. I checked and you can get a better-looking house for the same price.
