Large Heated Pool and Fenced-in Yard. Perfectly Located near Everything.

Great place within walking distance to Seaside and beach! Loved the pool and gate for my pup to comw with us! Beautifully decorated too!

This home on Canal Street was the perfect place for our family vacation. We stayed nearly 2 weeks. It was very clean with comfortable, updated furnishings. Everything in the home was labeled and easy to find. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable! Lots of closet space and great laundry area. The pool was so nice and a great size! So much larger than other nearby homes. Our kids loved spending time in it every day. Beach access is a short walk away. We loved walking down the shady streets to the beach and into Seaside. So much charm in Old Seagrove! All the convenience of Seaside and Watercolor with the added Old Florida beauty and charm of Old Seagrove! We also loved being able to bring our Labrador. The only slight drawback is that the driveway was tough to navigate with a larger vehicle.

Hello Sunshine was the perfect vacation rental. It was neat, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was beautiful! I highly recommend this property! Easy walk to beach and to Seaside.

Ages 12 to 77 enjoyed the easy access to Seaside and the beach. Very relaxing heated pool with fenced backyard was a hit! Location was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do.

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds. There was lots of parking and an outlet for the golf cart we rented. The weather was a bit chilly while we were there, but the pool was 90 degrees, so we spent a lot of time in it still. The hosts were easy to work with and I appreciated being able to text them. It was in the perfect location, at the end of the neighborhood so there wasn't a lot of traffic or construction, but close enough to town for a walk/bike/golf cart ride. I would 100% recommend this house or even book it again myself!

The house was awesome. We were sad to have to leave early due to a health reason. Aside from some plumbing issues the place was great. Very clean, well appropriated, and very nice. Exactly what we wanted and expected

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room! The house had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy our Christmas in Florida!

Unfortunately you couldn’t control the rain. If so, it would have been much more pleasant. We didn’t get to use the pool at all. This is a really nice house and we had a good time despite the weather. We spent time shopping and did a lot of riding around. I would like to note that the skylight in the guest bathroom needs repair. It looks like the paint is pulling off in sheets. That doesn’t affect your trip but it’s unsightly. The biggest problem I had was with the roaches (water bugs). After I unpacked I put my bag in the closet and when I got it back out a little friend scurried out. There was also another in the bathroom. Probably need a visit by the exterminators.

The stay was good. Only thing was the bike tires were low on all three bikes. So it was hard to ride them. The location of the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and the town..

This property is a gem! It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and the house is fitted with everything you need to make your stay incredible! We enjoyed using the bikes to get around town and the beach cart to take our supplies to the beach! The grocery store is only a couple minutes away, which is very convenient! The pool was clean, warm and the entire family enjoyed nightly swims! Thank you for allowing my family to create amazing memories!

We had a great time

The house was in a great location. Very clean and pictures portray the house accurately. I loved how the rooms got dark so my son could take a good nap during the day! Pool needed to be cleaned on arrival, but pool services were provided after arrival. Lacked in providing paper towels and trash bags, and tree limb over the driveway was unavoidable and lightly scraped the top of our car. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!

We had a really wonderful stay. We are a family of 7 and the house was plenty big for all of us. It was clean. The pool was amazing. It was just a really comfortable house. We pretty much walked everywhere we went. The beach, and town were both super close. We are thankful to have gotten to use this place. The Lowes
