We had a great stay at this house. It was fully equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of 19. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was. The game room was perfect for the kids, and they also loved the ping pong table in the big garage. We especially liked that the rooms are separate, which gave everyone their own space and privacy. The house was also very easy to get to. Overall, it worked out great for our family.

We had a group of 10 (adults, older teens) and one dog. The house had sooooo much space, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Our favorite part was the kitchen and dining area. Our group spent a lot of time visiting there. The backyard was fully fenced. The game room was a hit with the teens. And we were super close to NAU campus, so we could easily get to and from picking up college kids. It was perfect!!

Enough parking for our large group. Great experience renting!

Was a good stay. Very spacious house, loved the bathtub. I did with they had a bbq grill.

The home was just as described. Plenty of space and conveniently located. Manger was easy to communicate with and quickly responded when we needed him. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen was very large so it worked out well for our large group and there was plenty of space to eat and congregate. Mason was very accommodating and helpful with a special request that we had.

Where to begin, if you are looking for the Ritz, go somewhere other than Flagstaff! This house fits the environment of pure comfort and escape expected with Fiagstaff. It has all the conveniences one would need in a home away from home. The house was huge and everyone was spread out. Six bedrooms and four bedrooms! Three bedrooms near each other, and the other three were many steps away. The kitchen was stocked and ready for us. We were not short on anything inside and out. Hot water was very hot, fast!!! The games of all types kept the gen z and young ones quite occupied. Total pet friendly house too if that is of interest. Beds were comfortable and linens were like new. Close to a park and the town. Five of our families stayed here for a wedding in Flagstaff. Grandparents, parents, and grandchildren all enjoyed the spaces. The cousins loved bunking together in the “fort” room and there were plenty of sleeping options for all. We especially enjoyed sharing our meals together and relaxing on the deck under the towering pines. The kids were never bored with games, ping pong, and TVs. An added bonus was a wonderful playground just a short walk away. Mason was very responsive to any question. We will always have fond memories of our stay here!

The pictures did not do the property and justice. The house had everything we could possibly need. Located very close to downtown flagstaff. This was a really cool property.

The house had plenty of room for our whole family and a couple of friends. Enjoyed the kitchen ,cooking for family was easy had every thing we needed.Host was easy to talk to when ever we reached out with a question. Located near the airport and downtown Flagstaff .

Our family of 20 stayed during spring break and had a blast. The location is great for day trips to the Grand Canyon and to Sedona. When we had a day in/rest day, the house was fabulous for allowing us to spread out and enjoy family games or quiet movies or quiet reading spots. There was so much room to be together, too, in the kitchen and dining rooms. We cooked in most of the time and found the kitchen utensils to be good. If you enjoy cooking, bring your own knives (and remember to take them home - haha) as this was the one struggle we had. All else though was very well supplied!

The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. The master suite was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Plenty of privacy, but also plenty of room for family interactions. The host was extremely easy to work with, great communications, no unpleasant surprises.

We had our family reunion, enjoyed snowboarding & a birthday this last weekend 3/28 - 3/30/2025. Our family absolutely loved this stay & hope to come visit next year, as well! I can't recommend it enough! The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that made me feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this place is definitely the one to choose! 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful house for a large family gatheringLocation was great for going to Flagstaff Extreme, Bearizona, Snowbowl etc. and just a short walk away from a neighborhood park.The home is well thought out and designed for people to gather together. The bedrooms are large. There are lots of fun games: pingpong, fooseball, and a pool table. Our family had a fun time here.

Well-suited for two large families and a few friends! Kitchen had well stocked appliances and everything needed to cook for a large group. Lots of games available and large spaces to congregate. We will definitely try to book here for our next ski trip at Snowbowl.

I was told i would have check in information a week before my rental and when i messaged 2 days before stating that i have not received anything it took almost 24 hrs to get a response and then they told me I would get the information 30 min before check in. The doors were left unlocked when we arrived Whuch anyone could have came in and when i messaged owner all he said was dont worry its a safe neighborhoodFood was left behind couches and dishwasher was broken and unleveled causing it to turn on and offNot all of the lights worked and hard to find switches also the heaters in some of the rooms didnt work i messaged with no response Ice maker did not workAnd most of the games and entertainment stuff was broken or missing lots of partsI did love the lay out of the main cabin but the studio apartment was completely cut off you had to go out to the front of the house to get to the backyard or main house Besides these concerns it is a great cabin and we had fun looks amazing showers were wonderful and relaxing Please work on response time

This was a great place for our family reunion. Plenty of space, sleeping accommodations were good, and the game room. The game room was awesome. Add in that the place is close to the highway for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the many attractions around Flagstaff I don’t know how we could ask for more. The host was responsive for any questions needs etc
