Large Group Retreat - 6BR Home w/ 3 Floors

It was fantastic and really really good property to stay for group , in future definitely we gonna book again and property owner was so helpful and communicated was so smooth

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed for our trip for two families. The kids loved the play area. The location is great. The local neighborhood is really nice to walk around. The zoo is right around the corner. I cannot recommend this place more.

The house is spacious and well-suited for large groups, with plenty of beds and ample room. However, we encountered several issues with the bathrooms. One bathroom's flush was not working, and another had problems with the shower and sink. Although the owner responded quickly and resolved these issues, the following day a different bathroom's shower stopped working. Additionally, none of the bathrooms have locks, which was inconvenient.

Fit our group perfectly! We had 4 couples and a brother and sister. Loved the set up of 2 of everything although we kept gathering on main floor. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. 30 minutes to Niagara Falls which was another perfect thing. Everyone was happy with the space. We had 26 years old to 70. Wonderful couple of days!!

Overall great space to accommodate multiple families with a well-equipped basement playroom for the toddlers in our group. Pros:- Kitchen well-equipped with utensils and appliances (but no blender)- Clean (do recommend cleaning service to vaccum under sofa cushions and check under beds between guests)- TVs and roku in living rooms - Comfortable sofas and beds- Backyard hangout space with large umbrella was super appreciated when we wanted to gather outdoors- A/C window units in each bedroom and living areas- Double washers and dryers (must request access in advance if desired) worked great- Close to the zoo and walkable to a couple of stores- Cannot hear any street noise in bedrooms (including knocking when someone was at the front door and car beeping) Cons:Older house with quirks of being an older house - Doors must be shut a particular way- Some locks and knobs do not work correctly- Lower floor kitchen has uneven drop to living room that's a tripping hazard- Hallway toilets older and required tweaking to flush correctly- Tub drains slowly- Street parking can be challenging (but single auto width driveway holds multiple vehicles)Cozy house with super accommodating hosts. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

We came with multiple families with different eating styles so the availability of two kitchens made this rental perfect for us! The area is beautiful with a lot around for you to choose from.

The property is in a great location. It has ample room for large family gatherings and many advantages for multiple age children. We loved the play room in the basement and our young kids spent many hours there playing in the play kitchen and the train tracks. The bedrooms were perfect for our sons with the young kids. The two floors enable us to separate from young children and the 2 kitchens were great for second fridge, and morning coffee facilities. We had a great memorable time in the home which felt like a home away from home for the six night we spent there! Wesley was amazing when we checked in! He went out of his way to bring us even the brand of coffee we preferred! A most positive experience! Thank you !
