Large Group Getaway in Georgetown w/ Private Pool!

Didn’t swim. Ping pong was fun. Close to what we came for

Nice property for large group stay.

Main house is amazing and spacious, and updated.

The house was perfect for our group of couples and singles.

We had a great time! The houses were great and well stocked. The pool itself was great, however the pool furniture needs upgrading. There were three rusting bar stools and two wooden lounge chairs that needed cushions. I emailed the contact person on arrival that we needed more toilet paper and never heard back. I just bought some, no problem. The internet and tv went out our last full day, but it was not their fault and nothing they could do about it. Overall we had a great stay/11

We had a good experience. The main house was much nicer and newer than the guest house, which was good but had a more vintage feel to it. I contacted the person about a small problem of not knowing how to turn on the pool lights. Not a big issue and they responded quickly with an easy fix.

Wonderful home and great smaller home. Grandkids loved seeing the cows. Pool was great. Thank you so much.

The property was perfect for our large group get together. It was clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive to our messages. Would absolutely stay there again!

Overall, we really enjoyed the house and quiet property. However, when we had a question, the property manager was unresponsive to her VRBO inbox and the her email address. There were several items in the home that needed attention, as well.

Main house was very nice! Guest house was outdated but clean and lots of room. Its in a great location. Lots to do within 15 min drive. It is mostly secluded with a gated entrance. The pool was nice and there was plenty of room for outdoor activities.

We loved how quiet and secluded we were. We had a large group and there was plenty space for everybody.

This was the perfect place for our adult tennis team to stay during our tournament in Georgetown. We enjoyed the pool & grill.

The main house was gorgeous. The guest house reminded us of an old farmhouse. The pool was nice. It was just a little hard to find after dark. We had a great time.

This was the perfect location for a family get away, private property with acreage allowed for a wonderful time for all.

This was a great location where we could all have fun together and when we wanted, could have our own personal space. Far enough away from other properties where it felt like our own private place.

We enjoyed our stay, as the property allowed our family to gather under one roof and build many memories. Thank you. Unfortunately, the Texas heat took a toll on one of the AC units in the main house; however, the property manager was quite responsive. Within an hour or two, a repair tech was onsite, and the problem was resolved by Friday evening. Due to our large group size, we did run into some issues with a lack of towels, but this was resolved by a trip to the store. We also had an issue with a couple of the beds (one collapsed due to incorrect assembly, and the trundle bed frame was broken when we arrived); however, we were able to work around these issues. In all fairness, it is unknown if the property management team had been aware of these issues before our arrival. Even with the issues we experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone looking for a place with ample space to host friends and family. Again, thank you for the opportunity to stay.
