This large family house is divided into 3 floors. It is located in the heights of Erquy offering a nice view of the sea and a 600-m² garden. The house is located 600 metres away from the city centre, and the first village is less than 1 km away. The house is ideal for one or two families, and/or grandparents. There are seven bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people comfortably (two bathrooms and three separate toilets). Modulation is possible from four to seven bedrooms, offering capacityfor 7-12 people. The rate is €700 - €1000 per week, depending on the season. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room, a kitchen, a utility room, a small library, and a toilet.
