House is about 20 minutes from Gore mountain and Lake George village.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We recently stayed at the cozy cabin in the woods in Warren County with a group of 4 adults and 6 children. The cabin offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the setting in the woods was peaceful. The owner, Tim, was very accommodating and upfront about the challenges of maintaining a home in the woods, including a current mouse issue. While we appreciated his honesty, we feel the cabin would greatly benefit from a few upgrades. A professional deep clean is needed, especially given the recent issue, and the pillows plus mattress in the lower bedroom should be replaced for better comfort. Additionally, the kitchen could use more proper cookware to make meal prep easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but hope to see some improvements in the future to make this cozy cabin an even better retreat.
