On the ground floor, there is a beautiful and spacious living room (with a TV, a sofa bed, and a decorative fireplace), a large and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with a large table), a double bedroom, a walk-incloset, a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three separate double bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), a mezzanine with a small library and a desk, and a toilet (with a washing machine and dryer). The house has a large, covered terrace. Central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) and wireless internet is available. The holiday home is located within a small holiday resort, but has a separate, private, fenced garden. The shared grounds, available to all guests, include a children's playground, a garden gazebo, and bicycle rentals. Secure parking is available.
Rental rates include bed linen, towels, water consumption, heating, internet, and parking. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Ustronie Morskie, making it an easy and pleasant way to cycle to Kołobrzeg. Along the way, you'll pass Sianożęty, a small summer resort. Traveling in the opposite direction (east), you can visit Gąski (a lighthouse), Sarbinowo, and even Mielno, situated on a spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
