A great place terrrific beach access

This property was great for our four night stay! It was a great place to stay for our group of four adults and four kids. It was a quick walk to Oceanside Beach. We loved going through the tunnel and looking at the tidepools. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the games. Ping pong table was great, there were sand toys and beach supplies in the garage. It is on road where cars go really fast, so be aware of that if you have young kids.

The beach was close and beautiful. Went through the tunnel which was fun! The house was clean with plenty of space. The management communicated great and we felt very welcomed! Would recommend!

The house was clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to a pleasant stay. Plenty of beds and space for the six of us. The two queen beds upstairs were a bit hard and we kept waking in the middle of the night and the beds downstairs seemed to be too soft/saggy. But that would be the only negative and wouldn’t deter us enough to not even this house again. The living room area and kitchen were bright and open with plenty of seating. Very close walk to the beach and a doable walk up to Tunnel beach which was fun. Cape Mears is literally just ‘up the street’ about 7-8 minutes by car. Tillamook was about 17-18 minutes away so was easy to get everything we needed for the weekend on our way in and grab take out to being home. Would definitely recommend this property. Communication was good and check in was easy. Didn’t have any issues so can’t speak on response time.

First, we were so impressed with Sarah at ShoreThing Rentals - her communications were timely and helpful.This house was very clean; kitchen was beautiful and wonderful to work in. The only items I'd make sure people are aware of are fisrt -the fireplace is gas - so you don't need to bring wood or prestologs - Yea! The second thing is that you park on the bottom level and have to climb a stairway up to the main floor. This is difficult if you have any mobility issue and makes bringing in groceries, suitcases or an ice chest a little more challenging. That being said once we were moved in we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Came here for a beach weekend with some friends. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking, and the location by the beach was perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, but that's about all the good I can say. You can't see the ocean due to the neighbor's trees and house balcony faces south. All amenities are upstairs and this should be noted on the property profile, not ADA or small child friendly. This property allows dogs, but is not fenced and is on a very very busy street. I would NOT stay here again and would NOT recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in other Shorething properties that we like, but this one not at all. Hope this is helpful.

Both bathrooms had pedestal sinks so there is nowhere to put toiletries etc. Driveway is too steep for my car, it scraped the bottom every time I pulled in or out.
