Large 5-BR in golf and beach resort - 2 golf carts

Roomy home with all the amenities needed plus 2 golf carts for easy access to shopping, restaurants and beach fun. Owner was in constant contact and easily reachable. Entire check-in process when we arrived was simple thanks to the detailed instructions and guidance of owner. Absolutely recommend.

This was our home away from home just alittle bigger. The two golf carts and proximity to the pool, Baytown Wharf, tennis, golf and even saw some side of the road fishing. Worth every penny! We are coming back next year and staying longer!!

OMG! This is an amazing property, and Eric is a superb host. The theme of my birthday trip was to relax, refuel, and have a little fun. This property allowed my husband to do just that. Communication was clear, and he was very polite. We will be back!

had a lo t of fun

My family and I go to Destin annually to enjoy some rest and relaxation! The San Destin property is the ONLY place we stay when we go. The owner, Eric of the property was AWESOME! He was so responsive and accommodating. Very helpful with the booking process. The home was very clean and spacious and great locations with a short golf cart ride to Baytown Wharf! Will definitely book with him in the future!

Could not have been better

I was a bit nervous because when we are at the beach we usually stay beachfront, this time we tried something new… glad we did! This house is absolutely beautiful and very updated. The wood and tile floors are great… no one wants carpet at the beach! The back patio and fenced yard was excellent since we traveled with our dog this time. This house is fully equipped with all that you need plus more. The beach closet has chairs and floats ( incase you forget yours). The golf carts are the best. This house has two which was excellent for our family since everyone went in different directions. The beach is a short 7 minute golf cart ride, the Baytown warf is a 2 minute golf cart ride and several options for pools… my favorite was at The Grand -2 minutes away via golf cart. Baytown has so many options for food and activities we were there several times a day and ended each night over there as well… the tennis court and pickle ball courts are right beside Baytown too.. we literally never had to leave the Resort and had an excellent time. The golf was good as well…. Definitely recommend this place, 5 stars and I am a very picky person!!

House was as described! Comfortable for our group of 2 adult and 7 students. Location was excellent for our meeting at the Baytowne Conference Center. The golf carts were invaluable. Would definitely rent again next time we are in town for the Conference. Eric was responsive and thorough. Thank you!
