Large 5 BR 4 BA Home is Ready for Family Fun!

This house was clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. There was ample parking for 5 cars.The location was good. The towel bar in the main level bathroom had been torn from the wall and stored under the sink, so we didn’t have a towel bar.The host, David, was responsive to my questions. And check in was smooth.The only issue I had was the manner in which he replied. I asked him what type of coffee machine was there because the description of what was there said subject to change. I asked the day before our arrival so that I would know what type was currently there. David simply copy and pasted that paragraph, with the ‘subject to change’ statement! And he seemed bothered that I asked. I guess he didn’t know the answer!

This house was very clean, spacious and accommodating. The kitchen was absolutely perfect equipped with everything we needed!

The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and even get some work done. The location was perfect — easy to get to and close to lots of things to do. Everything felt updated and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The house was as described in the listing. The only downside was the toilet seat on the lower level was broken and one bedroom didn’t have an tv. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I would rent again.

Property was very clean and in a convienent location. Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. The park fills up and then you have to wait for people to leave to gain entrance. Beach at the park is not crowded and they have restrooms and some snacks on site. Kids rode scooters in the neighborhood and you can see the fireworks from Northside park (sundays in the park) if you walk down the street.

House was spacious for our family (2 grandchildren and six adults) plus room for more! Everything was clean and the home was nicely decorated and organized-cabinets and drawers and light switches were all labeled.This was a great location because our extended family was nearby. We have a large family and everyone meets in the Fenwick Island area for a family beach week annually.We loved being there for the week.I would recommend that a broom and dustpan be stored in the closet.

Our family stayed at this property during our family vacation and it was nothing shorter than amazing. We had enough room for everyone to stay comfortable, the property was very clean, the neighbors were very friendly. Would love to stay here again

The property was perfect for our adults only reunion. It was spacious for our group of 6. We enjoyed cooking and sharing meals around the dining table. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach and miniature golf.

We had a great time at this place. Plenty of space, clean, and good location.

My Family and i had a wonderful time, we spent alot of time at the house which was very beautiful. The rooms were very big and clean. TV's all through the house. I personal loved the grill. We met the neighbor next door who was very nice and inviting. So definitely a place to go.

I Highly recommend this amazing rental! My family had a great time while visiting Ocean City from a Friday to Monday. This house is so beautiful inside and out. Upon entry you walk into a very fresh scent! The interior is beautifully updated and very spacious. Both children and adults enjoyed the games provided in the basement as well. We are ready to visit again already!

House was very clean and I loved the finishes and decor. Loved all the extra space for various aged kids and adults with different bed times! Kids had fun playing ping pong. Only thing I would change: was told linens were not included, so packed all sheets and towels to then arrive and find out they were included!

This appears to be a newly renovated house near the beach. The house was immaculate with new everything! We enjoyed our stay, Highly recommended.
