Stayed Jul 14, 2025Delightful experience! Access to the home was a breeze upon arrival. The home was clean and very adequate for our needs. It was sizeable for our family of 6. It's conveniently located to the old village, shops, and the beach.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025This home has everything a family of four needs.It is a bit dated but charming with a 70’s vibe. The sofas are comfy, and the dining table easily seats six. The house is ideally located mid-island with beach access a short walk away. Our young adult children enjoyed having their own rooms and freedom to come and go. We spent one day on Cumberland Island which is a must for all nature lovers. We saw an alligator, horses, manatees, a variety of birds, and a mink while on Cumberland. Bring your own chairs, toys, and cooler because the house does not provide these items. We brought our bikes and enjoyed biking to shark tooth beach where we found 15 teeth in under an hour. Make sure to go during low tide. The home also offers a convenient location for a day trip to St. Simons Island for variety of shopping. The check in and out process could not have been any easier. Communication with the host was clear and thorough. If you are looking for a modest home with a great location, this is the place for you.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025The overall experience was amazing! The company who owns the house was very nice. The pool was a little hard to use because it was on the other side of the island so we didn’t use it but once. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable, other then those things the property and the trip was amazing!
