Stayed Aug 8, 2024I liked the idea it was small and cozy. There was plenty of room for 3 adults with the 2 bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra bedding in the closet. We didn't need any extra bedding because it was a very hot week in Langley. The apartment has an amazing A/C unit and we were very comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but in looking in the cupboards...there seemed to be enough pots and pans and dishes to be able to fix a meal. I did suggest that they put luggage racks in the bedrooms. The communication was great between the owner and us...they answered within minutes with any answers we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 17, 2024The coach house is a simple basic rental. It’s a converted garage so it’s separate from the main rental house. Looks exactly like the pictures, it was very clean except for a dirty dish & spatula. On the first day there we noticed a small sand pile in the bathroom in the corner of the vanity, it turned out to be ants. The microwave doesn’t work, it flashes a “service” message and the Kuerig in non operational aswell. The fridge door does not close properly, we had to prop a kitchen chair against the door so it stays closed. We emailed the host directly of these issues, they didn’t respond back the entire length of our stay which was a week! The listing indicates it’s sleeps 6 people and it does with a sleeper sofa. Unfortunately there are not enough blankets to sleep 6. Both beds in the bedrooms were super comfortable with a night table and lamp. The back bedroom has no electric outlets by the bed so you can’t turn on or off the lamp while lying in bed. Having a washer and dryer is always great, there is a shared laundry with the king term tenant. To access the laundry room you need to walk sideways as the dryer blocks part of the door to the laundry, a stackable washer & dryer would eliminate the need to walk sideways into the laundry room. The dryer should be replaced soon since there is a hole in the front panel of the dryer where the start button is and part of the metal casing of the dryer on top has been rusted out.

Stayed Sep 11, 2023Everything was perfect except for the fact that once we checked in and dropped our stuff off we went out for groceries and when we returned there was a maintenance person working on pipes….we were not told this would be happening during our stay. Check in was for 3 and guy was there at 5/5:30

Stayed Nov 29, 2025The cottage home was a nice place to stay with good amenities close by. The only downside was the train that frequents the area multiple times a day. Otherwise no complaints and a comfortable stay.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The pictures show what you get; mostly new and looks good on the surface. Bed linens were clean. Decent location, decent shower, kitchen was good but not well equipped (not enough utensils, cheap/worn cooking items). Now for the not amazing. A pile of dead ants were found in the bathroom night one, thought to be a housekeeping issue. The next morning we found live ants and lots of them - in the bathroom, kitchen, back bedroom and absolutely crawling with them at the front door. We found them all over our luggage. We contacted the property manager who replied sporadically. They said they could get an exterminator out the next day, leaving us with lives ants another night. When we said that was not sufficient, the house keeping company was sent over to vacuum the dead ants and gave us Raid that killed on contact. The exterminator never came. The door handle on the back room was broken so once the door was shut the handle turned but did nothing. The manager did not respond to my message regarding that. Good thing we had the window open. All towels in the closet and in the rooms were damp. Since we had laundry, I went to the dryer. I found the drum had worn through the top of the dryer and was spinning metal on metal, start button is missing and blocking 3/4 of the doorway. Again the manager did not respond but a few days later another dryer was installed. This one blocks the entire doorway so no more laundry for us. Do not plan to sleep on the pull out, it’s awful and dirty.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024Nice, clean and comfortable. We were a group of 6. It would be nice to maybe have a folding chair so we could all sit at the table. We used the 2 small living room chair, but that just made 5. There were also only 5 bath towels for 6 people. Also, a small mirror in each bedroom would be helpful to help when getting ready. Otherwise, it's a very nice rental. Thanks for the tea and coffee. Oh yeah, when they refrigerator runs, it's quite loud.

Stayed May 9, 2024I had a very comfortable stay. Hosts thought of everything it felt like home away from home. When you approach this unit it looks small but when you go in it is spacious, very clean with high end finishes. The hosts were great in that they communicated well and on time so I did not have to wait for answers to any questions I had. Linens and furniture very clean as is the whole place. I would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We had a great stay in Langley. The Vrbo was perfectly located to easily get around anywhere in the area. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again
