Lanai & Heated Pool: Stunning Cape Coral Getaway

Everything was as described and the home was nice overall. Minor issue was acknowledged by host quickly.

House was very roomy and large pool area. Fridge ice maker did not work and kitchen tap needs to be fixed. House was very well equipped.

Loved the proximity to Matalacha

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect. Located next to a decent amount of Things to do. We met with our friends who were visiting from Switzerland, they had a wonderful experience. The house was cozy with all the right amenities. We would love to stay again in the future.

We drove from Michigan to Florida over Thanksgiving to visit our family in Cape Coral. The house was very clean and offered a beautiful outdoor space. There was plenty of room as the home has two dining and living rooms as well as a large kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The only small issue we had was that the home had a slight smell of cigarette smoke (assuming the home was smoked in years ago). It was a wonderful trip overall and we enjoyed our time in Cape Coral.

The property was as described, homeowners Vern and Carol were wonderful! And fresh cookies! What more could you want!

Everything was just positive about this Home! So I only have 2500 words so let’s get to the best parts. This house was immaculate and not just surface cleaned. There was no dust no dirt no nothing anywhere. The beds had crisp white sheets. I feel like I walked into a show home that nobody had lived in before. That’s how clean it was. The owners are amazing and helpful and can’t do enough for you, they legit want you to have a wonderful time. The fact that they allowed our Labrador retriever to come was only a bonus. The pool was lovely. The water was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Everything was so clean. We wound up spending more time at the house than we did seeing in the area because it was just so relaxing so quiet and so inviting. If you come here, make sure you try farmer Joe’s supermarket. If you’re looking for relaxed, quiet, and private, this is the house for you. The pictures are all true to form. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay in such great surroundings and the cleanliness cannot be rated high enough. I’ll give it 1000 stars if I could!

We were visiting friends and we loved staying in the SW Cape area. We were close to everything we wanted to be close to! The house was clean and comfortable. Vern is a great host and we all loved his cookies. What an awesome touch. The pool was perfect! The ice maker in the fridge wasn't working so I would suggest buying a bag of ice on your way in if you want cold drinks! Otherwise everything was comfortable - sofas, dining furniture and outdoor furniture. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Stay was awesome and the house was amazing! Felt like home away from home! Vern and his wife were very accommodating, even had baked cookies waiting for us! This is by far the best rental and the pool was amazing also! Can’t wait to book it again! 11 out of 10

This home was absolutely everything shown in the pictures and more. The owners were so accommodating to turn pool heater down and bring beach chair's an extra fan. The home was clean and comfortable . Everything around the home was so convenient. The beds were comfortable, beach towels were there, plenty of stocked pantry extras. The outside area was private and perfect day and night. We will definitely do this again.

This home was perfect for our get away! Its was extremely clean, well stocked, and in a quiet safe neighborhood. I would stay here again, I highly recommend! The cookies were delicious too! Thank you!
