It was so easy to relax here! The home is clean and comfortable.

The house was mainly clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the front porch! The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk and run. It was close to town. Would recommend this house for your vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at The Grouse House. My group and I came up for an ATV trip and Greenville did not disappoint! The house was well thought out with practical decor and useful furniture. The parking at the home was incredibly spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which was perfect. Shout out to the local staff for making our vacation carefree! Highly recommend this home!

We loved the openness of the downstairs living space and the comfortable bedrooms.

This home was perfect for our week vacation. It was less than a mile to public swim beaches, short mile or so to restaurants and ice cream. Everything we needed for our trip was close. The home was great as well, we enjoyed the front porch, the grill, the open floor concept, and large parking area. The home was very clean and we loved our experience in Maine!

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood and street. Able to walk dogs every morning without a lot of traffic. Very nice neighbors. Nice location to downtown, but wish it was on the water. VERY pet friendly and Fantastic back room for pets including very large crate and numerous large dog beds that are little dogs just loved. The steps up stair are a little steep so you have to hold that railing and watch your head. The bathroom was very clean. The shower curtain should be about 2-3 inches higher so it can dry better and would not get the floor so wet. Small amount of mildew around the bottom of the shower should be addressed. The only issue we had was there was a washout during an storm before we got there that left rather large ruts in the drive way. My wife sprained her ankle on one and because you had to stat to the right leaving the driveway, my trailer bottomed out over the drainage ditch on the right and broke my tail light off. There is a marker on the left of the driveway, but not the right. The ruts should be fixed and the VERY deep drainage ditch needs to be marked on BOTH

Loved the location: Near downtown shops and restaurants and central to Moosehead Lake’s attractions. Also loved the modern construction, with bright lights and nice furnishings.

Location is great for winter sports provided the snow does not melt before you get t o your vacation. This house is great as we have stayed there last year as well. Shout out to the cleaning crew. The house is decorated nicely and the bedding is great!

This home was very clean and had lots of amenities - super comfy beds, a tv in each of the 3 bedrooms, dishwasher, laundry facilities, very large parking area. Super close to down town Greenville and the boat launch/Kelly's landing. Highly recommend!
