Lakeside Villa w/ Sunny Private Pool Deck, Very close to theme parks/restaurants

Michael was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the house. It was very clean and a nice area.

Fabulous location with a fantastic south facing view over the lake. Pool was kept very clean. Some nice updates to the home, although some of the furniture is a little dated, including the pool furniture. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Sunset Lakes is in a great location for the Disney parks and 192 facilities. This villa was clean and very comfortable, a bit dated as to be expected from this development's age, and in need of some refreshing in places, but it is obviously well-looked after. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and responsive. The pool is the largest Kissimmee pool I've ever had in my 30 years of staying in the area, and lovely and warm. There were plenty of outside loungers and chairs, pool inflatables, and the games in the garage great. The beds were very comfortable. Bring blackout blinds if you want to block any light in the bedrooms though. We'd happily return to stay at Nyugen's villa again.

Probably the cleanest villa we have stayed at in the Disney area. The pool was heated to a nice temp for the time of year and large enough for the whole family to enjoy. We were well looked after before and after Hurricane Milton and the slight damage to the pool area was fixed within a day. The only conns were the lack of kitchen towels which was sorted within a day and a broken can opener which we didn’t need again anyhow. The owner was very friendly and obviously takes good care of the property. Almost immediate responses to any questions and we could not have asked for anything else. We are visiting Orlando again next year and are disappointed this home will not be available. Thanks again to Michael, the owner, for a great stay.

The villa was an ideal size for our party of 6, pool and games room were great. Location of villa was perfect, close to theme parks particularly Disney parks and plenty of places to eat close by.

We had an amazing stay in the villa. The photos don’t begin to show how amazing it is. The living area is much more spacious than appears on the photos and the view across the lake is stunning. There is so much space in the villa and it has everything you could need - even a games room! Our host was excellent at answering the questions we had before arriving and couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa was very clean and the location perfect for the parks and day trips. We would strongly recommend this villa and would love to visit again

This property is impeccably clean, our family has stayed in Sunset Lakes numerous times and this is a very good property. Quiet, private and easily accessible. We had no issues during our stay. The pool is large compared to other properties and the pool heat is very good.

Good clean place to stay just don't understand extra charges to use grill or heated pool. Seemed like last minute that you get your rules they add that extra charges to use grill and to keep the pool heated. Never ran into that with other rentals in the past?
