Guests have private access to the entire property. A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood

SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

OUTDOOR CAMERAS
• Cameras are located at the front driveway, front door, and backyard perimeter
• Used for safety and compliance purposes only

PET POLICY
• Well-behaved pets welcome with prior approval
• Non-refundable pet fee: $150 per pet (covers extra deep cleaning)
• Pets must be crated when unattended and not allowed on furniture/beds
• Clean up immediately after your pet; no excessive barking during quiet hours
• We may charge extra for any damage beyond the pet fee

AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID (may be verified)
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay. This helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all.

POOL & SPA HEATING
• Spa heat is available 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $45 per day
• Alternate spa heating times may be requested in advance
• Pool heat must be requested at least 3 days before arrival
• $395 pre-arrival pool heating fee plus $95 per day during the stay
• Tampering with pool/spa equipment is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply to any interference.
