• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed plus a Twin trundle and en-suite with walk-in shower. (Sleeps 4)

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed located near the hall bath. (Sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed located near the hall bath. (Sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 4 (Detached Casita): Full-over-Full bunk bed with a private en-suite bathroom. (Sleeps 4)

3 Full Bathrooms total — Including walk-in showers and a tub/shower combo.

HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property (excluding the garages). A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood

SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

PET POLICY
Although we love animals, this property is not suitable for pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.

AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.

POOL & SPA HEATING
• Pool: The pool is not heatable.
• Spa Heat: Available 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $45 per night. These times can be flexible.
• Tampering with pool/spa equipment is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply.
