The 2200 SqFt home was built in 2022 and sits on 2-acres w/ over 500ft of shoreline where waterfowl and forest animals roam. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, with popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 minutes from Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 minutes to recreational adventures at the National Whitewater Center. 30 minutes to uptown Charlotte.<br>
On the driveway side of the house you will find a two-car carport and plenty of space for five additional cars to park.
