Lakeshore Retreat with Lake Lanier views & hot tub

Very pleased with our trip to this location

Yes the house was perfect. It just needed Kleenex, due to me being sick. Beautiful scenery. And location. Parking seems daunting but is actually very accommodating.

The house was beautiful with a great view. The only negative was that the kitchen pots/pans and the range top were very lacking. The range top was so old and weak that I spent considerably more time cooking than I anticipated. Gas top needs to be replaced. The pots and pans were cheap nonstick pans that were scratched and old. Some I would never use due to the poor condition…literally unusable, the others I used reluctantly. But the bedrooms and common spaces were very nice. Seating is comfortable, beds nice, bar downstairs is awesome, master is wonderful… if we didn’t plan to cook for our meals then the accommodations would be perfect. Overall a great place to stay.

Other than a few minor electrical issues we had a great stay. A beautiful home with plenty of space.

Quite, peaceful and comfortable. Well appointed with easy access. Hosts were great to communicate with. Would stay here again! Lake is gorgeous and proximity to restaurants and activities is excellent for this area.

The house is amazing and just how it is described. The separate common spaces with 2 kitchens is ideal for larger groups.

Everything was as beautiful as the pictures! The hottub was wonderful! We enjoyed the privacy and the lake setting. Very easy to get to local restaurants, with my favorite being Brooks Tavern. The TV had a great picture. It was a quiet retreat for us. Communication with host was quick in response and helpful.

The property was very clean. Lots of space for our group. We were comfortable, except for the main bedroom bed and a couple others, which felt to be on metal supports without much to cushion them. Owner was very responsive, which was appreciated.

Cousins from Georgia & NC - we had a wonderful get-together, didn't leave the property once! Hot tub, pool table, tons of room!

Place was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a family/friend reunion for a long weekend and the house was perfect for us! There was plenty of room and it was clean and stunning!

The home was roomy and gave us plenty of space for our family. The old packman arcade game was a hit

We are a group of 13 from church ages from 8-75 which 4 couples travel by motorcycle. We enjoyed the area and the house was very nice. It was as listed on line, it was very clean. Had no problems whatsoever also communication was great before and during stay with host. Would go again if traveling to the area.

My family of 15 with ages ranging from 9-70 had an amazing weekend at this house! There was plenty of room for all 4 families to spread out while still being together. The upstairs kitchen was fantastic to cook in and had everything we needed. The downstairs kitchen made for an easy snack station while going down to the lake, rocking on the porch or relaxing in the hot tub. Check in and check out was simple and the owners had excellent communication. Also the nearby towns of Tyron and Landrum had some excellent antiquing and cute shops!

Family Reunion in Tyron, awesome place. Would rent again, Would of loved to be able to get down to the lake, steps in need of repair. Everything was fabulous! Thanks

The house overall was great. I asked if the hole.in the deck was fixed they said it was and it wasn't. The deck railings are NOT safe! The one outside the master is especially unsafe! We weren't left with any dish soap to wash dishes, no hand towels for kitchen to clean up, no broom to sweep. If anyone rented the house for a week it would be a big mess or you'd have to bring your own cleaning supplies. The grounds around the house had LOTS of trash broken stuff which takes away from the house. There are no books to tell about locals shops, attractions, food, etc. No directions for house features, like remotes, lights ( which switch is were) master TV or music wouldn't come on. We had to clean up down by the water where the kayaks and paddle boards were. I cleaned up the shed and organized myself. With 16 people we were left 4 trash bags for 5 days. I brought extra paper towels and TP bought never thought I would have to bring cleaning towels and cleaner. Also, the top bunk downstairs needs a railing to prevent a child from falling out it so high. The couch hadn't been cleaned under the cushions and who knows how long! There were cigarette butts under the fold out couch ( that BARELY folded out) upstairs with NO sheets to put on it up there. No big pots to cook spaghetti (which is a family easy go to on vacation). Drawer broken in the fridge falls right out of you put anything in it if not careful. This house is great just NEEDS some love and good setup when paying $$$$.$$

Large, beautiful house. Check-in, communication, cleanliness was all fantastic. We would stay here again.
