• 2 Modern bathrooms with walk in showers, amenities include all your toiletries, towels and washcloths, hairdryer, beach towels and a first aid kit

• Coffee maker and coffee bar, toaster, blender, ninja blender boss, crockpot, cookie sheets, pizza pan, and spice rack

• Safety is our priority, this house comes equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and multiple fire extinguishers

Guest Access:

You will receive a lockbox code prior to arrival for entry into your Floathouzz. Once you have arrived enjoy a golf cart shuttle service to your unit. The property is located within a gated community with after-hours security for peace of mind.

• One covered slip at no additional cost

The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.
