Stayed Jan 8, 2026We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. As advertised close to the venue and very clean and kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area was very nice with plenty of seating. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025We loved the house and Joe was a great host. We had plans to go and explore but decided to stay in. We had the pool which made it convenient. The only problem we had was that the umbrellas didn't work. Everything else was great. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The pool is absolutely amazing and outdoor space is HUGE!! we were able to bbq on their propane grill and have family meals together outside with all the table/seating provided! I loved that 2 bedrooms came with doors leading right out to the pool. The doors have locks up high so that small children cant get to the backyard on their own! The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and oomg the BEDS!! The mattresses are Soooo comfortable! We all got the best sleep! Thank you Joe we loved the house and would definitely return!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025The property is in a great neighborhood. It has a nice view of Lake Havasu and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The pool was immaculate and there was plenty of seating options on the patio area. It was the perfect place to spend a month away from the Michigan winter.
