Stayed Sep 9, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Lakeland Village in South Lake Tahoe has its own dock. It also has two pools and two hot tubs and a private beach. There are also firepits which you can make smores and warm up by the fire. Initially I was feeling edgy because there are so many rules and regulations (can come with steep fines if not followed.) However, the fireplace was not working nor was the microwave. They were prompt in addressing both issues-I felt much better when we had concerns, R and R rentals were receptive and worked quickly to resolve those issues. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet you feel secluded in your own townhome. They had coffee complimentary to make, the place was spacious and gorgeous, plenty of beach towels, everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked although we would have liked to have bigger coffee cups and more spoons. You may need to bring trash to the dumpster. It was very nice and a perfect place for a friends or family get away.

Our town house was amazing, we had plenty of room and it was well-equipped. The location to the lake and the amenities such as hot tub and fir pit were well accessed by us. Very close to supermarkets, bars and bike rental. The opportunity to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe is a memory we will have forever.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The home was just as described. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 teens, and the location was great. We enjoyed the fire pits in the evening and the beach during the day. We will definitely stay here again.
