Perfect location for family ski trip. Unit had everything we needed for a week long stay. Would rent this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at RNR the unit was beautiful and exactly what our group was looking for. The only thing we didn’t love was all the bathrooms/showers were downstairs on the first floor. Other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely come back to stay. We had a great time in Tahoe and this place made it even more special.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is centrally located near shops and restaurants. Beach is no so private, we had visitors from near by hotels. There was an event on Friday afternoon and all day Saturday so the pool was really crowded. People from the event were using the grills outside all day and there was one person that told us that we couldn't use it because they had a birthday celebration going and needed both grills. Public restrooms near the pool were dirty and smelly because of the amount of people using it during the events. We brought our own inflatable kayak and the security guard told us to move it out of the way. The grill inside our unit was not working properly. At our check out time there were the cleaning ladies outside complaining and talking about us not leaving on time. My husband lots his car keys and we asked for a little extra time while looking for them but the cleaning ladies were not cooperating and got mad at us and said that we had to leave because they were running out of time. We asked nicely to give us a chance to go back inside but they said that the were really busy and that they had to clean the property and that we had left a mess and they were going to take forever to clean it the place, so we couldn't go inside to look for the keys. I went to the office to let them know about the situation and they did nothing. We had to call a locksmith to open our car and to make a new key since the cleaning crew really didn't give us time to go back inside. The cleaning crew were so angry and rude to us because we kept looking around the property (outsise).

The property had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed using the sleds on the snow. Excellent location. They also provide towels for the pool or hot tub.

We had a great time at this place. It was clean, spacious and everything was generously provided. We left a mobile phone and they mailed it back to me after a day.

Despite a few minor setbacks, such as a non-functional fireplace and low water pressure, the stay was overall enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was clean and spacious, offering a quiet and relaxing experience.

This was the perfect location for our ladies’ trip. The complex was quiet even though there were a lot of units. The home was equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The couch and beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and communication was good.

RnR communication was outstanding. We felt well prepared for trip & knew support was available if needed (it wasn’t).
