Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member. Amenities include a heated lodge pool open year-round, lakeside pool and children's wading pool, two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, a private beach, pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first come first served. You are just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, world-class golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market. (Lakeside pools are open during the summer months.)

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly California Lodge Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 10, including children. No more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.
