Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 6, including children. No more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7.
