Stayed Feb 2, 2026Overall a good place but heaters in bathroom disabled is not good. I think those should be fixed to make the place more comfortable in the winter

Great location right by the lake and in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Condo was as described. Kitchen was the best stocked one we have ever found in a vacation rental. Management was very responsive. We were able to walk averywhere. Would definitely highly recommend. Just remember to not leave trash out overnight - there are bears!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We had a great stay and although it was cool outside there was no way to cool the inside other than by opening the windows, but we did not want to leave with the windows open so it was very warm during the day and into the evening until it cooled off with the windows open and fans going. Shower heads needed to be changed. Other than that great stay and location.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Everything was accurate to the listing. Only reason I put this lower is cause1. I had to call someone to confirm the appointment2. The heat didn't extend into the bathrooms and it got very cold on the tile

Nice accommodations and plenty of room for a family. It gets pretty hot on the second floor and loft in the evening even with trapping the cool morning air, the first floor bedrooms stay nice and cool.

We loved the location the most as it was steps to the beach and our favorite marina. Struggled with heat as we were not aware that there was no air conditioning, I guess this is very common. There was, however, several plug in cooling systems which really helped. Beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels and kitchen equipment. Dryer may need servicing as we had to run it several times. Overall stay was very good.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Loved the property, including the bear visit. Great place for families. Clean and had plenty of towels!!! Parking was a challenge only because they are replacing pipe in the complex, which is a good thing. Tons of beach chairs for lounging. Wonderful sunsets. Recommended.
