Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time at the Lakeland Village townhouse. Everything was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. We had a total of 6 guests staying so having towel racks for our bath towels would have been very helpful. We had to wash them each day since we didn't have anywhere for them to dry and the upstairs bathroom had a small rack but it was above the toilet which is sort of gross. However, we will definitely stay here again and we honestly had a great time making memories.

We had absolutely no issues. The place was so clean and fantastic. Had everything we needed!! Can’t wait until our next trip to Tahoe!!

We watched sunsets from the pier every night. Stores and restaurants were just walking distance away. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to see Lake Tahoe. The added bonus was we got to see a bear sleeping in a tree right near our unit.

We had a great stay at Lakeland Village in Tahoe. Our condo was clean and well stocked with all things needed for a great trip. The location was perfect for heading to the beach or pool. Enjoyed fireworks on the beach, s’mores at the fire pit and dinners on the beach. Amazing view of the lake!!! We’ve been stay at Lakeland Village for 16 years and always end up in a different condo. We were a small group this time so the two bedroom and loft configuration worked out perfect for us. Would stay here again.

We visited the area for skiing at Heavenly, but wanted a nice view and location close to the lake. The location was peaceful. The unit was centrally located, close to the lake, and very spacious and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pine Peak is a nice cozy Tahoe decorated condo. It is starting to see a little bit wear and tear from so much use. We always take care of the place like it is our own. This year the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, the ceiling fan in the living room was hanging on by one little screw. We had a bat flying around inside this year. Our first morning there was construction right outside our living room at 8 AM with nice big loud equipment! We somehow got locked out of the condo twice as our personal code did not work. RNR was very quick to respond to each incident without hesitation. These were annoying little things as you don’t plan on something every single day of your vacation. Lakeland is still a nice place to stay and I would not ever hesitate to rent from RNR again, as they are awesome!
