The location and access to skiing and town were great. The unit was clean and perfect for a family get-together! Loved the amenities.

Overall, it was comfortable — both the beds and the sofa were great for relaxing. The new flooring is beautiful and gives the space a fresh look.That said, the condo shows its age. The kitchen cabinets have been painted to look updated, but the drawers are very difficult to open and some are basically broken. The kitchen is somewhat stocked — we had to buy a wine opener, and the wine glasses are a mismatched collection, though we did find enough to make a toast. On the flip side, if you need a garlic press, you’ll have plenty of options.Signs of wear and tear are noticeable. The countertops have burn marks, and the bathroom mirrors are starting to show black spots. Only one vanity (in the downstairs shared bath) has counter space; the others have virtually none, so be prepared for that.We also ran into maintenance issues. The first morning, the pilot light went out and I ended up with a chilly shower before it was re-lit. On our last day, the plumbing downstairs failed completely — water came up around the toilets and sewage backed into the tubs. It appeared to affect neighboring units as well, possibly a septic problem.In short, this condo worked for our weekend

This property was perfect! Very clean and fully stocked. We had our extended family with lots of kids and adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a comfortable space and access to activities for everyone. The kids loved being able to walk quickly to the private beach and pool with the snack shack for quick lunches. The adults loved the access to dining, grocery stores, and everything at Stateline/Heavenly Village. We will definitely come again!

Quick drive to CA lodge at heavenly. Whole Foods is just across the street. This house had everything we needed for two families with great access to all the amenities

Reviewer Comments: This place was great for our Party of 12, including the Kitchen had most of what we needed ( cooked all our meals) accross the street from Whole Foods and a short drive to Heavenly. We managed to walk to the Stateline one evening - streets are very walkable and lots close by (ie Casinos, restaurants, Markets, coffee shops...). The beach access to the Lake was steps away, would love to come back in the summer. Wi-Fi never failed, house was cozy ( wish we had a bigger lounge couch). We didn’t checkout the heated pool, but the jacuzzi was HOT and spacious - perfect after a long day of snowboarding. Response from RnR was not only prompt but attentive. It was nice to be checked on to make sure we had all we needed. Would most definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends & family. Thank you RnR & Team, you guys are awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was as described and the perfect setup for our family with plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed. The overall complex was great and exactly what we wanted; it was incredible to not have to pack up the car and to just be able to walk to the onsite beach, pool, and hot tubs. Our kids enjoyed being able to safely ride their bikes around the property. We enjoyed all the conveniences of being located in walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store.

The unit is near the main road and is noisy throughout the night. The unit next to hours had toilet paper and poop draining onto the grounds from their overflow around the building area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was perfect for two families and the location was in the middle of everything!

Very positive experience overall with one exception - there was a bear on premises.
