Loved the house , the yard was very high needed to be mowed looked like it hasn’t been mowed this year , someone came over while we was there and tried mowing it
Ant infestation. Neighbors mentioned two weeks earlier team there working on ants. Where’s the follow up prior to our visit. Back yard major septic issue. And only a ten percent reduction. I can share with you , you would not have stayed there. But we did not have any options. WI-FI SUCKS works at a very slow speed. To the point it is not useable. We did reset at no improvement. The dish washer did not dry dishes properly. Good news, we were not in house during the day. Only evening hours. This would have been a terrible experience for a family with children. Suggestion, the boat launch has a metal stake about 15-20 feet from shore. As water rises, this launch becomes usable. If a boat goes in there, they will damage their boat on the stake. Not a good situation. Also discussions about a hot tub being installed on the deck. I don’t think this is structurally a solid idea. ( along with septic stench). I would cordially ask a review of the ten percent return to us. We are looking for improvements here. Best regards Tony.
Enjoyed the peace and quiet while the dogs enjoyed the huge fenced in yard. The lake was the finishing touch. Would definitely visit again.
