Great time. Great place. Will be back!

Would have been great if the wind wasn't blowing so bad we could have had a fire. The Keurig didn't work so no coffee but otherwise great stay.

Off season rate was nice and the rental all You could ask!

The view was stunning and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked with towels.The couches are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, covered in stains and smelled like animals. The windows were filthy, the floors were very dirty and made the bottoms of our feet black and the surfaces were dusty. The downstairs bathroom smelled. The whole house needs a deep clean.

We had a fantastic time at this property, with awesome views of the lake and comfortable driving distance to everything we had planned. There aren't many true lakefront properties available during the off-season, so this was perfect! The renovations to the property were also a plus.

This was a wintertime staycation on the lake. I was blessed to be able to bring my dog with me to smell all of the great smells of lake erie. He thoroughly enjoyed that.Being wintertime after the holidays, most of the shops, restaurants, etc were closed, but I brought groceries for the duration. There is a dollar general very close to the rental for any of the items i might have forgotten. Upon arrival, the rental seemed clean. We found a few things and alerted the owners. Anything that came up on the trip, they responded and responded quickly. Very much an ideal host. The internet was acting slowly upon arrival (5 mbps) and they corrected it quite quickly to get the 100mbps that the rental should be getting. The beds were very nice. Each room had its own temperature management. The kitchen seemed to have most of what we needed for cooking. The furniture is a quite dated and worn and the TV in the living room is quite small, but overall it was a great experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for great views on lake erie in the middle of the geneva-on-the-lake strip.

Great location, great host, and house was clean!

Very comfortable and clean, right on the water with beautiful view. Girls weekend so it was great having individual rooms and 2 full BRs. Very convenient location for the Strip as well as all the wineries. Kitchen adequately equipped. Beds were comfortable and good hot water for showers. Owners very accessible and quick to respond. Excellent choice for a relaxing time!

Very peaceful lake view. Well stocked wood supply for countless evenings of sitting outside.

Beautiful view! Very convenient

The property was in a perfect location. We arrived and the house was clean, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen had all the utensils and dinnerware we could have asked for. The beds were clean and comfortable and communication was adequate. In general, our stay was a 5 of 5. :-)

This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in! We enjoyed the deck w the water views.

We had a fantastic experience with our stay! I hosted my sister's bachelorette party here and it was the perfect accommodations, between living space, location and the view. The view was 11/10! I was pleasantly surprised at how centralized we were to all of the town amenities and walking distance to local attractions. Everyone was raving about how they can't wait to go back and how great the house was! There were 8-9 of us girls staying each night and we each had enough space. Only recommendation is more mirrors, and maybe one full length mirror!

Beautifully decorated home right on the lake. Check in was easy with a door lock code. Lots of utensils and pans and things in the kitchen although we didn't really use them as we were a group of girls on vacation which meant we were not cooking. Location was excellent! We love everything about Geneva on the lake can't wait to go back next year.

The house was comfortable with an amazing view. The only downside was random people would walk on the property to view the lake. This is an all day occurrence. This hindered the privacy and parking.Thank you for opening your home.

My family and I were only able to stay for one night but had we known about this property, we would have stayed longer. It was our first time to GOTL and were pleased to see the beautiful location, cleanliness of the property, and proximity to local attractions. Great find!

Do NOT stay at this rental! It might look good in the pictures but it is not! The home was not cleaned prior to us arriving - trash was full, no bedding or towels, floors not vacuumed. The WiFi doesn’t work and there is no service to get ahold of the host. The AC is broken in one of the bedrooms. There is black and pink mold on the ceiling in the living room. The host of aware of these issues and refuses to correct it. Not to mention the cleaning staff that finally showed up after check in was extremely rude and was seen sitting outside of the house at the midnight.

Very nice. Right on the lake. Fire pit area was nice. Small bedrooms but we didn’t spend much time in them. Kitchen not well stocked. One bowl. No colander. Very dull knives. We like to cook so we noticed those things. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a good time.

Do not miss out on this if your in the area it will not disappoint and is in the heart of GOTL. Feels like home,itll make you wish it was your home

My husband and I along with our two daughters and pups really enjoyed our stay! The house was well maintained and very clean. It has the best lake views out the large living room windows. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and making s’mores around the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms have great showers. The house is at the end of a short road right off the strip. We went off season so not much was open yet but had a great lunch at the Old Firehouse Winery just down the street and visited Breakwater Beach. Matt was a great host and was easily contacted when I had a question about parking. Definitely would like to stay here again when the rest of the shops and restaurants open up.

The view was amazing! The house was pretty nice inside and out! The only issue was the living room and kitchen floor was uneven causing the floor boards to pop up and my grandkid stubbed her toe on the corner of one of the boards. No a big deal! The rest of the house was spotless and on a pretty quite dead end street! Would stay again for sure! It’s my new favorite place on Lake Erie!

Had a great stay here. The house is amazing, photos are spot on. You feel like you're IN the lake. Restaurants are 30 seconds away. The kitchen has basic equipment (I really wanted a colander and a sponge...)

Was here for a girls weekend. The weather was cold and a lot of the seasonal businesses were closed but we still had a great time at this comfortable, well thought through property. Highly recommend

This was our second time staying at this property. Once again it was a great time. The house is super clean and comfortable. Matt is always responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Full kitchen with quality cookware and dishes. Very clean and dog friendly. Two great modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have separate temperature controls. Main room has gas radiant heater for the cold day's . Definitely would recommend for friends and families

Property is as described, beautifully located right on the water. Very clean, comfortable beds, ample towels and linens. Walkable to all the local bars and restaurants and close to local wineries, all of which were completely decked out in holiday decor. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this stay

This was the perfect landing spot for our fall wine weekend to NE Ohio. We had a great time and would recommend.

On the lake but no real lake access onsite. Still, great view due to proximity to the lake. Comfortable beds, clean space all in all

House is great , clean , spacious , near town : it has more than described as there is a washer drier and hair drier in each bathroom. Lots of pots and pans and glasses ,nice gas stove. No spices nor salt pepper. Really nice property , 4 friends stayed a week and used as base for day trips, wine trail,boat rides,Cleveland visit, Amish country, really great house. Each room has its own temp control which is also very nice.

The house was very clean and updated. The view of Lake Erie from the house was amazing! I would definitely book this house again. 5 stars !

enjoyed our stay

Unfortunately, we picked a rainy weekend for our trip but we had some kids who were anxious to enjoy their vacation so we squeezed a lot of fun in between the rain/power outage/cool weather. The beach, Adventure Zone, golf carts on the trails, walking the strip all gave everyone a great time. The house was perfect. The remodeling was well thought out and everyone was comfortable. Speaking of which, the beds were great! Kudos from everyone -all said they had a really great sleep! Perfect location - walkable or short drive to restaurants and activities. So much to see and we had a blast.

Overall, the location was great if you want to be in the middle of the action. However, if you’re looking to get some sleep prior to 2 am I wouldn’t recommend. We could hear live music all night, but that is my fault for not doing my research. However, the house was not nearly as clean as I would expect. Bugs littered the ceiling, floors, and walls. There was no storage or closers in the bedrooms, and the linens were not great. The fire pit and chairs were lovely and they provided more than. Enough wood.

Great property. We really enjoyed the house and the lake view was awesome. We lost electricity due to bad weather but still had a great time. Contacted the manager about low propane tank and they were there within half an hour to refill. We will stay here again!
